Open Houses

We do an open house in all properties, in some cases because of the location or another factor, not every home is suitable for an open house but if your home is located near a high traffic area where buyers often swarm, then it’s a must!.

  • We place open house signs throughout the area directing buyers.
  • We advertise in the newspaper.
  • We advertise open house times online. (Zillow, Trulia, Facebook, Twitter, Homes, Realtor,.. etc)
  • We send 250 postcards inviting to the neighbors; they’re going to come anyway.

Internet

Almost all homes searches are initiated online. We will assure that your property is on the most popular Web sites like Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, HomeSeekers among others.

Within our Marketing plan, we also create a dedicated property website www.yourhousewebsite.com.

Unlike real estate portals, where house-hunters are quick to scroll through homes and get distracted with too much information, a dedicated website draws potential buyers to your home and your home only. They’ll have to physically exit the site when they aren’t interested, and there’s no risk that a buyer will lose your listing’s information amidst the sea of homes on the market.

We use email campaigns as a Marketing channel to promote the property to hundreds of other agents in other agencies.  Making sure that not only we post the listing for sale on the internet but also we are reaching them to let them know that your house is for sale, we also pass the information to past clients and our sphere of influence as well.

We distribute listing flyers, brochure and door hangers highlighting the features and benefits of your home around your neighborhood
